ANNOUNCEMENTS
~2023 Church (In House) & Tithe.ly (Online) Contribution Statements are located in a box on the front pew.
~January 28, 2024 – Special Called Business Meeting, after morning service The Educational Building floor covering and wall samples are on display in the middle of the Educational Building hallway.
~February 3, 2023 – Dot Ayers WMU Meeting, 10 am-12, FLC. 1st Quarter Focus – Homeless/February Mission – Non-perishable items for Good Neighbor Cupboard. March Mission – Hope Mission (breakfast serving date is March 23 - everyone is encouraged to help with this event). Please see meal sign-up sheet on desk in left side room. ~February 10, 2024 – Secret Sister Breakfast, 9:00 am, Mama Penn’s. For questions, please see Penny Boothe.
~February 10, 2024 – Valentine’s Dinner Party! Family Life Center. A Youth Fundraiser for Summer Camp-MFuge.
Time: 5:30 pm
Menu: Spaghetti, bread, salad, dessert and drink
Price: $7.00 per plate or 4 for $25.00
Payment Methods: * In advance by cash or check placed in an Offering Envelope, noted Valentine. * Online through Tithe.ly, clicking on Desg – Youth Ministry. * At the event. Sign-up Sheet on the desk in the left side room.
There will be a Pink Zebra Representative set up at this event. She will have several wonderful scents on display for you to see and smell along with other cute items, just in time for Valentines Day! She will donate a door prize giveaway and give a percentage of her sales to the Youth. You may also get to enjoy a special gift at your table.
~February 23, 2024 – Winter Jam Youth Trip. Passes - $40 per student. These passes guarantee early access and seeing the “Pre-Jam” show. Students must ride with the group to Greenville and stay with the group at all times. Please see Sarah Watts if you plan to be a part of this event, to receive necessary paperwork. If you have a teenager between 6th-12th grade, and they are interested in MFuge – Summer Camp, please contact Sarah Watts (sarahespence921@gmail.com). MFuge deposits will be due soon. So please get your student signed up!
